That has to be the most dishonorable inmate I’ve ever seen. He probably worked as an informant back in the day and snitched on fellow prisoners. No surprise that in this Stasi-style state he can rise up with open arms and be supported with taxpayer money. Aired today at exactly 12 on low-class TV
